Our Clinically Integrated Captive is one of the first provider-sponsored Medical Stop-loss (MSL) captives in the nation. By joining our captive, smaller employers have a sustainable and affordable way to enjoy all the perks of self-funding with the high-quality care of a value-based care provider network.
Employer Health Services
Our Employer Health Services team provides a comprehensive solution for our clients. We offer multiple health and wellness services, customized wellness programs, and Occupational Health services. Our staff is available to come to your worksite for a few hours at a time, part-time, or full-time to provide services to your employees.
In 2023, we will launch our Direct Primary Care solution in both the Upstate and Midlands.
Traditional Partnership
If a group captive is not preferable or not an option for your business, consider joining Promise Health Plan through our Traditional Partnership. Our Traditional Partnership grants businesses and their employees access to our program management and coordination solutions through our preferred TPA and PBM partners as well as access to Prisma Health’s Clinically Integrated Network.
Traditional Lite Partnership
If your current administrative partners are open to network innovation you can join Promise Health Plan through our Traditional Lite Partnership. With Traditional Lite, businesses can retain current relationships with their TPA’s and PBM’s while gaining access to Prisma Health’s Clinically Integrated Network.
