Effective January 1, 2026, Lexington Medical Center will no longer be in-network with Promise Health Plan’s Tier 2 Cigna Healthcare Network. While both parties have indicated their willingness to continue contract discussions, there is a high likelihood an agreement will not be reachedby January 1, 2026. Promise Health Plan will relay any future updates as they become available.
A current list of providers who are participating with thePromise Health Plan can be found by searching for a provider above. If you are currently in the middle of a treatment plan with a Lexington Medical provider, you may complete a Transition of Care Request form for approval to continue the current treatment plan for a specified period of time. The form is located in the Featured Resources section below.
